The rebirth of Philadelphia, the economy, the culture, and the city itself is due to a large extent to the arts. That is why I dedicate much of my time and resources to sustaining small businesses, the arts, and arts programs in the city. The Arts are what makes Philadelphia great and they are inextricably linked to the local economy, which is why support of Philadelphia arts and small businesses is so vital.
