Emergency Preparedness
I support a comprehensive approach to preparedness which would include planning, the designation of a lead state agency to respond to the crisis, thorough training of citizens, medical providers, and law enforcement; dramatic improvements to the public health and transportation systems; gun control; energy independence through conservation including development of renewable energy sources.
I want to secure funding for the Center City Residents Association to develop a report and make suggestion on the preparedness of Center City.
